Premium Content, including classes and customizable legal forms, is available for purchase. Access to Premium Content is subject to payment of applicable fees.

All Content, whether free or premium, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
2.1 Payment
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
2.2 Recurring Billing
Certain products or services may be available on a subscription basis. By selecting a recurring payment plan, you agree that the Service is authorized to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription plan you choose.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. There are no pro-rated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
2.4 Changes to Fees
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our products or services at any time.
3. Refunds
3.1 Forms
If a purchased form is rejected by the clerk of the court or the judge, we may, at our discretion, refund the price you paid for that form. To be eligible for a refund, you must mail the rejected form to us along with the clerk’s or judge’s notes regarding why it was rejected.
3.2 Other Products and Services
Unless otherwise stated, all other sales are final and non-refundable.
4. License
4.1 Single-Use License
Purchased forms come with a single-user, non-exclusive, cancellable license to use that form one time.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JDBOT.US, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
(iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
(iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,
whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our liability is limited solely to the amounts paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
